DHANDA FACTORY
This project relied heavily on taking lower risk measures and giving a bit more importance and thought to health and safety of our Clients as well as employees. The space was to meet all program requirements by providing a flat roof, three- story building features a façade that is comprised of more brick than glass. Our main focus is on to improve the ventilation in the factory by removing the toxic chemicals. We have used windows and skylights in the entire factory so that it brings a lot of natural night . Main highlight is on making use of materials from sustainable sources and using fully glazed exterior- corners, free from structural elements . Roofs hold photovoltaic solar panels. Heavy-duty floors will be used to withstand high pressures and constant use without becoming damaged. Design elements of the factory, such as its simple geometric forms, generous use of glazing and perceived weightlessness, became common principles in contemporary construction.
