The House is on plot area of 5280 SqFt facing east. The house is spread on 3 levels, accommodating the elaborate user requirements, while not compromising on the architectural value. The house is designed such that minimal heat penetrates but at the same time maximum natural light and ventilation floods in all the areas.

The large sliding doors and windows were strategically placed so as to allow for the breezes to flow through every room in the house naturally. The internal zonal articulation is kept simple, with a distinct delineation of common, semi-private and private zones. There is an entertainment room on the first floor and home theater room on second floor.
