THE MINIMALIST HOUSE, LUDHIANA
The focus of the design was to create unusually elegant spaces and interiors through a meticulous composition of horizontal and vertical lines. The planning features opulent spaces and amenities and the finishes are carefully selected to make a unique statement of life exceptionally well lived.
Every single room, either on ground or on the first floor has an outdoor connect in the form of a veranda or a deck. Reflection of the building and tree foliage in to water body i.e. situated on the entrance of the house adds a different dimension to the experience. This makes the entry experience so much more meaningful. The architecture is such that the spaces seem to merge into one another and you can see right through the front lawn to the rear from the same spot. The lounge opens out to the greener area in the front, giving it some beautiful vistas. The volume of each room on upper floor is set back from the lower to create terraces for the upper rooms. The building layout creates a complete and hermetic bond between the interior and the exterior.
